2. Description of Service

Futures Hustler provides daily support and resistance trading zones for futures markets, along with downloadable indicators for trading platforms. Access to premium features requires a paid monthly subscription.

3. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate displayed on our website. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

A first subscription may start with a free trial; its length is shown before checkout. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the first monthly charge is made when it ends.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key. You agree not to share your API key or subscription access with third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including trading zone analysis, indicators, and software, is the property of Mokesčių apskaita, MB. You may not redistribute, resell, or share any premium content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Futures Hustler and Mokesčių apskaita, MB shall not be liable for any trading losses, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of our services. Trading futures involves substantial risk and you are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
