What the daily plans are, who they're for and how to fit them into your own trading.
Is this trading advice?
No. The daily zones and scenarios for ES / MES and NQ / MNQ futures are for educational purposes only. They are not trade or investment advice.
Read the full disclaimer.
What do you publish, and when?
After every regular-session close, the plan for the next session: an Auction Market Theory game plan with, for ES, support and resistance levels and the line in sand that decides which side is in play, and for NQ, the higher-timeframe levels.
On trading days a premarket check follows at about 9:15 ET, then intraday updates at about 9:45 (the opening), 10:30 (the initial balance), 13:00 (the afternoon) and 15:00 ET (the final hour). After the session, a recap shows how price traded the levels. Every plan stays online in the track record.
All of it is on the Live plan.
What do the plans include?
The Live plan, $10 a month, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, opens the daily plans, the premarket check and every intraday update the moment it goes out, the session recaps, the track record, Algo Lab (in beta), where an algo trades the published levels on a simulated account with every trade, its P/L and its journal on the record, and the levels drawn on your charts in MotiveWave, Sierra Chart, NinjaTrader 8 and Quantower.
The Algo plan, $100 a month, is coming soon: the Algo Lab algo running on your own computer, in your own trading platform. See the plans.
Who are the daily plans for?
Novice and seasoned traders who want to trade within a clear context. Newer traders use the plans to learn how to read market context and spot the day's likely scenarios.
How should I use the plan in my trading?
Fit it into the approach you already have: take or skip the signals your own method gives you based on the context and scenarios in the plan.
Or use only the levels and leave the rest of the plan aside, if that suits you better.
